Turnaround Time: Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be made and shipped. All tumblers are handmade to order and fully degassed before leaving our hands, so processing times may vary during busy seasons. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Lava Drip Tumblers: The lava drip effect on these tumblers may become dormant if the cup sits unused for an extended period of time. To reactivate, simply flip the tumbler a couple of times and the effect will come back to life!

Glitter Tumblers: Please note that glitter tumblers are a handcrafted item and, over time and with regular use, some glitter may begin to fade or fall. This is a natural characteristic of glitter drinkware and is not considered a defect. We recommend hand washing only to extend the life of your tumbler.
